Currently about 3,000 Farmers agents send Friendly Review to personal lines customers and Your Financial Solutions to investment and financial clients. Each newsletter features the agent's photo and contact information. About 1.2 million newsletters are printed quarterly. Farmers also produces a newsletter for agents, Customer Retention News, that encourages their use of the customer newsletters and offers other tips for marketing to customers.
